Desde 1958, o Servi\u00e7o de Cirurgia de Cabe\u00e7a e Pesco\u00e7o forma profissionais de excel\u00eancia, acompanhando as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es da especialidade e os diferentes modelos de treinamento adotados ao longo do tempo.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">A resid\u00eancia m\u00e9dica fornece forma\u00e7\u00e3o completa e treinamento integral em todos os aspectos da especialidade. Os residentes passam por est\u00e1gios em todas as \u00e1reas da Cirurgia de Cabe\u00e7a e Pesco\u00e7o, incluindo cirurgias de tumores benignos e malignos, al\u00e9m do tratamento de urg\u00eancias traum\u00e1ticas e n\u00e3o traum\u00e1ticas da regi\u00e3o c\u00e9rvico-facial, garantindo uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente e de excel\u00eancia.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">O ambulat\u00f3rio especializado funciona de segunda a sexta-feira e conta com equipamentos modernos para exame e proped\u00eautica em Cirurgia de Cabe\u00e7a e Pesco\u00e7o, incluindo torres de v\u00eddeo, endosc\u00f3pios, ultrassom port\u00e1til e sala de cirurgia ambulatorial. Os campos de est\u00e1gio englobam atividades cir\u00fargicas no Centro Cir\u00fargico Central e na Unidade de Emerg\u00eancia do HCFMRP-USP, al\u00e9m dos hospitais associados, como o Hospital Estadual de Serrana e o Hospital Estadual de Am\u00e9rico Brasiliense.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">O programa tamb\u00e9m oferece atividades no Centro de Endoscopia, que disp\u00f5e de um arsenal completo para microcirurgia de laringe com laser de CO\u2082, laringoscopia direta, traqueoscopia e broncoscopia, proporcionando treinamento avan\u00e7ado e seguro nessas t\u00e9cnicas.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 possibilidades de aprimoramento, como a resid\u00eancia em Cirurgia Cr\u00e2nio-Maxilo-Facial (\u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de um ano e bolsa), complementa\u00e7\u00f5es especializadas em diferentes \u00e1reas da Cirurgia de Cabe\u00e7a e Pesco\u00e7o e a oportunidade de continuidade da forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica por meio da p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (mestrado e doutorado) no departamento.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
